The architecture and the sign "MOBILA" (Romanian for furniture) strongly suggest Romania. The paved street and the mix of modern apartment blocks and older industrial-style brick buildings are characteristic of many Romanian urban areas. The vehicles and general atmosphere align with Eastern European cityscapes. I suspect this is in a city like Bucharest or a similar regional hub. I am moderately sure of this location.
