The red and white construction barriers and the distinct metal bridge structure are classic indicators of Germany. The posters on the wall use German language, specifically mentioning "Handwerk" and "Lagerverkauf." The elevated rail structure strongly suggests the U-Bahn or S-Bahn lines found in major German cities like Berlin. The overall urban aesthetic and the specific style of the bridge supports point towards the Berlin U-Bahn network. I am fairly confident this is in Berlin.
