The architecture of the building, with its clean, minimalist facade and specific window style, strongly suggests a Central European urban setting. The small utility box on the wall is typical of German-speaking countries. The reflection in the car window shows a similar style of multi-story residential building across the street. I suspect this is in a city like Vienna, Austria, or perhaps Berlin, Germany. I am moderately sure of this region.

The web address "raum-ideen.at" on the van confirms this is in Austria. The sign on the right wall mentions "Belved...", which strongly points to the Belvedere area in Vienna. The German language on the shop window is consistent with this location. I am very sure this is in Vienna, Austria.
