The modern glass architecture and the distinct wooden structure in the background strongly suggest the Oodi Central Library in Helsinki. The presence of snow and the clear, bright sky are consistent with a Nordic winter. The layout of the path and the surrounding urban design match the area near Kansalaistori square. I am very confident in this location.
