The sign on the building clearly displays ".at", indicating Austria. The tram infrastructure and the architectural style are very typical of Vienna. I see a sign for "3SI Immogroup," which is a real estate company based in Vienna. The street layout with central tram tracks and buildings close to the road is characteristic of many districts in the city. I am very confident this is in Vienna, Austria.
