The architecture, with its clean, modern, and functionalist aesthetic, strongly suggests a Central European urban setting. The overcast sky and damp pavement are consistent with a temperate climate in this region. The white and dark grey building styles are very characteristic of modern residential or office developments in Switzerland or Germany. I suspect this is a quiet urban area in a Swiss city like Zurich or Basel. I am moderately sure of this location.

The yellow road markings on the pavement are highly indicative of Swiss traffic regulations. The architecture, featuring a mix of clean-lined modern apartment blocks and older, traditional European-style buildings in the background, is very typical of Swiss urban planning. The overall atmosphere and the specific design of the buildings strongly suggest a location in Switzerland. I am quite confident this is in the city of Zurich. I am fairly sure of this location.
