The street sign on the right corner reads "Rüdigerstrasse," which is a common street name in German-speaking countries. The architecture, with its clean, functional style and external blinds, is very characteristic of Switzerland or Southern Germany. The blue street sign style strongly points towards Switzerland, particularly the Zurich area. I suspect this is in Zurich, Switzerland. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
