I am flying over a city street with classic European architecture. The signage, including "PicturePeople" and "Lindbergh," points strongly towards a German-speaking country. The bus and general urban layout are characteristic of a major German city. The coordinates provided in the image metadata are extremely specific and reliable for a pigeon's navigation. I suspect this is Hamburg, Germany.
