The watermark at the bottom explicitly says "www.praha.bahai.cz", which strongly points to Prague, Czech Republic. The architecture of the buildings on the right, with their classic European style and red-tiled roofs visible in the distance, is very characteristic of Central Europe. The landscape features bare trees and a pedestrian path, suggesting a cool, temperate climate. I am very confident this is in Prague.
