The watermark at the bottom explicitly mentions "praha.bahai.cz," which points directly to Prague, Czech Republic. The architecture, with its classic European multi-story residential buildings and red-tiled roofs, is very characteristic of Central Europe. The landscape and vegetation, showing bare trees in what appears to be late autumn or winter, align with the climate of this region. I am very confident that this is in Prague.
