The cobblestone streets and the distinctive stone arch bridge structure are iconic. The architecture and the presence of a large group of tourists strongly suggest a historic European capital. The style of the bridge and the surrounding buildings point directly to the Charles Bridge in Prague. I am very confident in this location.

I suspect this is Prague, Czech Republic. I am 95% sure.
