The architecture of these multi-story residential buildings with high, narrow windows is very characteristic of Central Europe, particularly Germany or Austria. The street sign style and the overall urban density suggest a major city. The evening lighting and the general atmosphere feel like a typical neighborhood in Berlin. I am moderately sure this is in Germany.

The architecture is classic "Gründerzeit" style, which is very common in Vienna, Austria. The street sign is blue with white text, typical for Vienna's street naming conventions. The overall layout and building density strongly point towards a residential district in Vienna. I am quite confident this is in Vienna.
