The architecture is distinctly Central European, featuring ornate, historic facades typical of Vienna. The signage, including the "Zone 20" symbol and the style of the traffic lights, strongly points towards Austria. The presence of a "Fiaker" (horse-drawn carriage style vehicle) is a classic tourist fixture in Vienna's city center. I am very confident this is Vienna, Austria.
