The text on the building explicitly says "WOHNHAUS DER GEMEINDE WIEN," which points directly to Vienna, Austria. The architecture is classic Viennese residential style, and the "Installateur Service Zentrum" sign confirms the German language. The street layout and urban density are very characteristic of Vienna's inner districts. I am very confident in this location.
