The yellow dashed lines and right-hand traffic indicate North America, specifically the United States. The architecture, palm trees, and hilly terrain strongly suggest Southern California, likely the Los Angeles area. I see a street sign that appears to say "Tularosa Dr," which is a specific street name in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. The overall aesthetic and infrastructure are very characteristic of this part of the city. I am quite confident in this assessment.
