The signs are clearly written in Korean, indicating this is in South Korea. The architecture, including the tall modern apartment complex and the local shops, is typical of a dense South Korean urban area. The road markings and traffic light configurations are consistent with South Korean standards. I am fairly confident this is located in a city like Seoul or a similar metropolitan area.
