The scene shows right-hand traffic and typical American-style residential architecture, including palm trees and wooden utility poles. The bright, clear sky and vegetation suggest a Mediterranean or semi-arid climate, likely in Southern California. The intersection and the style of the multi-unit residential building are very characteristic of the Los Angeles area. I am fairly confident this is in California.

The panorama confirms the Southern California aesthetic with the specific style of multi-family apartment buildings, wooden utility poles, and palm trees. The road markings and the residential layout are highly consistent with suburban Los Angeles or the San Fernando Valley. The bright, clear sky and harsh shadows are typical for this region. I am confident this is a residential street in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
