I see a shop sign that says "HERR HUBER" and a blue street sign typical of Central Europe. The architecture, with its tall windows and plastered facade, strongly suggests an urban setting in Germany or Austria. The cars parked on the side are consistent with right-hand traffic in Europe. I suspect this is in Vienna, Austria, given the style of the house number sign. I am reasonably sure of this location.
