I see a sign with the text "www.praha.bahai.cz" at the bottom of the image, which strongly points to Prague, Czech Republic. The architecture, including the cobblestone courtyard and the historical building style, is consistent with Central European urban areas. The signage language is clearly Czech. I am very confident that this is in Prague.
