The language on the signs, specifically "Elektro-styl" and "Nakupování budoucnosti," is clearly Czech. The presence of tram tracks in the middle of the road is very characteristic of Prague. The architecture, with its dense, multi-story urban buildings, strongly points to a central European city. I am fairly confident this is in the Czech Republic, likely Prague.
