The scene shows right-hand traffic and palm trees, which strongly suggests a warm, coastal region in the United States, likely California. The architecture and the specific style of the residential street are characteristic of Southern California suburbs. The bright, clear sky and vegetation are consistent with a Mediterranean climate. I am fairly confident this is in the Los Angeles or San Diego area.

The presence of tall, slender palm trees (likely Washingtonia robusta) and the specific style of the wooden utility poles are classic markers of Southern California. The intersection layout and the residential architecture strongly point toward a neighborhood in Los Angeles, possibly near the hilly areas like Silver Lake or Echo Park. The bright, clear sky and the specific vegetation confirm a Mediterranean climate. I am quite confident this is in Los Angeles, California.
