The scene shows a Mediterranean-style beach promenade with a dedicated bike lane. The architecture, the specific style of the trees, and the overall atmosphere strongly suggest a coastal city in Spain. The presence of a wide, well-maintained beach path next to the sea is characteristic of Barcelona's waterfront. I am fairly confident this is near the Bogatell or Nova Icaria beach area.
