I see a "Lieferando" delivery bag on a bike, which is a strong indicator of Germany or Austria. The architecture, the bicycle parking infrastructure, and the tactile paving suggest a modern European urban environment. The overall aesthetic and the specific style of the bike racks point towards a major city in the German-speaking region. I suspect this is near a train station or a major public square in Vienna. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
