The traffic is moving on the left side of the road, which is characteristic of India. The yellow triangular road sign with a black symbol is typical of Indian traffic signage. The presence of a McDonald's billboard and the specific style of the concrete barrier wall strongly suggest an urban environment in India. The vegetation and the bright, clear sky are consistent with a dry, sunny day in northern India. I suspect this is in a major city like New Delhi or Gurgaon.

I am reasonably sure this is in India.
