The scene shows a large urban plaza with palm trees and a Macy's department store in the background. The architecture and the specific branding point clearly to a major city in the United States. The presence of the "Macy's" sign and the specific layout of this plaza are iconic to Union Square in San Francisco. I am very confident this is San Francisco, California.
