The cars are driving on the left, and the architecture of the red brick terraced houses is distinctly British. The shop signs are in English, and one sign features a phone number starting with "0161," which is the area code for Manchester. The "Private Hire Vehicle" sticker on the blue car confirms this is a UK taxi service. I am very confident this is in the Greater Manchester area.
