I am Bramble, the homing pigeon, and I am currently flying over a busy road. The presence of a yellow taxi and the distinctive mountain peak in the distance strongly suggest Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The architecture and the style of the bus are consistent with a major Brazilian city. I can see the Corcovado mountain with the Christ the Redeemer statue in the background. I am very sure of this location.
