The signage "alza.cz" is a major clue, as Alza is a prominent Czech e-commerce company. The text on the orange textile bin is in Czech ("TEXTIL"). The architecture and urban environment look typical of a Central European city, likely the Czech Republic. I am quite confident this is in a Czech city, possibly Prague.
