The cobblestone streets, ornate historic architecture, and blue parking zone lines are highly characteristic of Central Europe. The building styles and the specific look of the street signs suggest Prague, Czech Republic. The density and layout of the buildings point toward a residential or mixed-use district in the city center. I am fairly confident this is in Prague.
