The scene shows a vibrant waterfront area at night with a marina and modern architecture. The distinctive white canopy structures are iconic to the Viaduct Harbour area in Auckland, New Zealand. The presence of people enjoying the nightlife in this specific harbor setting strongly points to this location. I am quite confident in this identification.

Country: New Zealand, City: Auckland.
