The scene shows right-hand traffic and tram tracks, which is typical for Central Europe. The architecture, including the tall, multi-story buildings and the specific style of the "Flower Ohara" sign, points strongly towards the Czech Republic. The URL ".cz" on the shop sign confirms this location. The overall atmosphere and building style are very characteristic of Prague. I am quite confident this is in Prague.
