Coo! I see a grand, ornate building with a sign that says "Mucha" and "The Slav Epic." The architecture and the cobblestone square strongly suggest a historic European city, likely in Central Europe. The van has a ".cz" web address, which confirms the Czech Republic. Given the "Mucha" reference and the style of the building, this is almost certainly near the Municipal House in Prague.

I am very sure this is Prague, Czech Republic.
