The road signs explicitly mention "Bandra Kurla Complex" and "Mumbai University" in both English and Marathi. The presence of yellow-and-black taxis and auto-rickshaws is characteristic of Mumbai, India. Traffic is moving on the left side of the road, consistent with Indian traffic laws. I am very confident that this is in Mumbai, specifically near the Bandra Kurla Complex area.
