The watermark "www.praha.bahai.cz" strongly suggests this is in Prague, Czech Republic. The architecture, including the blocky apartment buildings and the specific style of the pedestrian path, is very characteristic of Central European urban residential areas. The traffic is on the right side of the road, consistent with Czech regulations. The signage and general environment confirm a European city setting. I am very confident this is in Prague.
