The architecture of the buildings, with their light-colored facades and pitched roofs, suggests a Northern or Central European setting. The lush green trees and the overall atmosphere point toward a city in the Baltic region, likely Estonia. The road layout and the style of the streetlights are consistent with urban areas in Tallinn. I suspect this is near a park or green space in Tallinn, Estonia. I am reasonably sure of this location.
