The vegetation, specifically the palm trees and the general tropical feel, suggests a warm climate. The "No Parking" signs are in English, which points toward a former British colony or a country with strong English usage. The architecture, with its tiled roofs and high perimeter walls, is very characteristic of residential areas in East Africa. I suspect this is somewhere in Kenya, possibly Nairobi. I am somewhat sure.

The black-and-white painted bollards are very common in Kenya for marking driveways and property boundaries. The high, solid perimeter wall with a large metal gate is a classic security feature seen throughout residential neighborhoods in Nairobi. The vegetation, including the palm trees and the red-tinted soil, aligns perfectly with the geography of the Nairobi region. I am quite confident this is in a suburban area of Nairobi, Kenya.
