The road is unpaved and red-earthed, typical of many regions in East Africa. The sign on the wall says "YOUR CHOICE," and the watermark at the bottom explicitly mentions "THE PEARL OF AFRICA," which is the common nickname for Uganda. The architecture and the presence of a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) strongly point to a town in Uganda. I am fairly confident this is Uganda, likely near a town like Fort Portal or Masaka.

I suspect this is in Uganda. I am 75% sure.
