The modern glass architecture and the marina setting suggest a developed urban waterfront. The distinctive patterned brickwork and the specific style of the buildings look very much like the Viaduct Harbour area in Auckland, New Zealand. The sky and light conditions are consistent with a temperate maritime climate. I am fairly confident this is Auckland.
