The signage explicitly mentions "alza.cz", a major Czech e-commerce company, and the watermark at the bottom references "praha.bahai.cz". The architecture consists of long, warehouse-style buildings with arched windows, typical of industrial or rail-side depots in Prague. The language is clearly Czech. I am very confident this is in Prague, Czech Republic, specifically the Holešovice area where Alza has its main distribution center.
