The scene shows right-hand traffic and typical North American urban infrastructure. The presence of a "Tierra Caliente" taco truck and the specific architecture of the skyscrapers, including a building under construction, strongly point to a major US city. The street signs and overall aesthetic are characteristic of downtown Los Angeles, specifically near the Figueroa Street corridor. I recognize the distinctive high-rise architecture and the proximity to the convention center area. I am very sure this is Los Angeles, California.
