The street has tram tracks running down the center, which is very common in Central European cities. The architecture features tall, multi-story masonry buildings with classical details, characteristic of the Czech Republic. I see a sign that says "potravinářské stroje," which is Czech. The "P" parking sign and the general urban layout strongly point to Prague. I am quite confident this is in Prague, Czech Republic.
