The presence of a Dacia Duster and a Renault Clio aligns well with the common vehicle fleet in this region. I suspect this is in a city like Casablanca or Rabat, Morocco. I am moderately sure of this location.

The architectural style of the multi-story residential buildings with balconies is very characteristic of Moroccan urban centers. The yellow and black curb markings are consistent with my previous observation of Moroccan traffic infrastructure. I am now quite confident this is in Casablanca.
