The yellow "M" sign on the right is a distinct indicator of a metro station, commonly found in cities like Vienna or Munich. The architecture and the overall urban night scene point towards a Central European city. The road markings and general infrastructure align with high-standard European urban planning. I suspect this is Vienna, Austria, given the style of the metro signage and the building architecture. I am moderately sure of this location.
