The architecture of the buildings is distinctly European, specifically characteristic of German urban residential blocks. The sign "GRAVE-HOLZHAEUSER.DE" explicitly points to a German company specializing in wooden houses. The environment, with its autumn leaves and overcast sky, fits the climate of Northern Germany perfectly. I am very confident this is in Germany, likely in a city like Hamburg or Bremen.
