The driving side is on the right, which is standard for most of Europe. The blue road sign explicitly mentions "Pl. Powstańców Warszawy," which is a square in Warsaw, Poland. The architecture and the specific signage style confirm this is a central urban area in Poland. I am very confident in this location.
