The road markings and the presence of right-hand traffic strongly suggest a European country. The architecture of the apartment blocks, characterized by functional, mid-century design, is very typical of Germany. The street lamps and the general landscape layout further reinforce this German identification. I suspect this is in a suburban area of a German city, possibly in the northern or central part of the country. I am reasonably sure of this location.

The wide, multi-lane road with clear German-style lane markings confirms my previous assessment. The architecture of the residential buildings, specifically the blocky, multi-story style with balconies, is quintessential for German post-war urban planning. The vegetation is lush and temperate, typical for a German summer. I am confident this is in Germany, likely in a city like Berlin or a similar urban area. I am fairly sure of this location.
