The red asphalt path and the specific style of chain-link fencing with barbed wire suggest a suburban or industrial fringe area in Australia. The vegetation, particularly the eucalyptus-like trees, strongly points toward an Australian climate. The infrastructure, including the tall streetlights and the highway overpass in the distance, is consistent with Australian urban design. I suspect this is near a major city like Perth or Adelaide. I am moderately sure of this assessment.

The red-surfaced cycle path is a classic feature of Perth's metropolitan bike network. The limestone retaining wall and the dry, scrubby vegetation are very characteristic of the Western Australian landscape. The style of the traffic light poles and the general infrastructure confirm my previous suspicion of Australia. I am now quite confident this is in the Perth metropolitan area.
