The shop sign says "Barber Shop Express" with Polish text "poniedziałek - sobota" and "godziny otwarcia". The architecture and the style of the street with cobblestones and graffiti are very characteristic of a Central European city, likely Poland. The urban density and building style point towards a major city center. I am fairly confident this is in Poland.

The street sign clearly says "ul. Chmielna 19" and "Warszawa". This confirms my location is in Warsaw, Poland. The architecture and the presence of a "Vincent" bakery are consistent with the city center. I am very sure of this location.
