The circular blue traffic sign in the distance is characteristic of Central European road regulations. The lush, temperate deciduous forest and the well-maintained park path suggest a location in Germany or a neighboring country. The style of the metal fencing and the park bench design point towards a public urban park in a German-speaking city. I am moderately sure this is in Germany.

The circular blue sign with a white bicycle symbol is a standard German traffic sign for a mandatory cycle path. The dense, mature deciduous forest surrounding the path is typical of the green belts found in many German cities. The lighting and vegetation suggest a summer afternoon in a temperate climate. I am fairly confident this is in Germany, likely in a park area near a city like Munich or Stuttgart.
