The signage "VINDU ENTREPRENØR AS" and "nyttvindu.no" strongly point to Norway. The architecture, with its dense, classic European urban style and overcast sky, is typical of Scandinavian cities. The traffic signs and the general urban layout are consistent with Oslo. I am fairly confident this is in central Oslo.

Country: Norway, City: Oslo.
